*add your personalization to the PERSONALIZATION box (please enter the first name initials of the loved ones you'd like on the necklace. You can choose between a heart and ampersand (&) in between the letters.)

MATERIALS
------------------
All materials used are stainless steel chains and silver-plated brass plates. These necklaces will not tarnish and are water-resistant. The necklace length is 18 inches, give or take a quarter of an inch since the chain are cut to order.

SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION

All custom orders are shipped within one business day. If customs are at a level that is manageable, they will ship same day. All orders are shipped via USPS when applicable.

EXPECTATIONS

Due to the nature of these custom-handmade products, the letters will not always be centered. Also because these are custom, there are no returns. If a problem does happen to arise, please contact me to have things sorted out.
